・You can also visit online in advance at any Kanedai store (weekdays from 10am to 6pm only). You can see the puppy in real time on the terminal in the store.
If you wish, we will arrange a separate date for you.

④ Contract

・For pups under 56 days old, a reservation fee (10,000 to 30,000 yen) will be charged.

・For pups that are over 56 days old, we will hold a deposit (10,000 to 30,000 yen).
Once you have added the deposit, the breeder's dog you wish to have will come to the store, so the dog you wish to have will be handed over afterwards.

・Reservations and deposits can be paid in-store or by bank transfer.
*Reservation fees and deposits cannot be refunded in principle if the customer cancels due to their own reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

⑤ Welcome

・Pups under 56 days of age will be handed over after 56 days of age.
(The law prohibits selling pups under 56 days of age. Please forgive us in advance.) -
For pups that are over 56 days of age, the delivery will be made at the store where you have reserved the item.
