On-site purchase fee

    *The following "Nishikigoi Pond Working Fee" also requires an additional fee

• 60 cm or less: 16,500 yen (tax included)
• 90 cm: 27,500 yen (tax included)
• 120 cm (120 x 45 x 45 or less): 38,500 yen (tax included)
• Over 120 x 60 x 60: Individual estimate

Nishikigoi Pond Work Fee (except for living organism price)

• Regular size pond: 22,000-44,000 yen
• 2-5 tsubo (deep 80 cm or more, 20 or less): 55,000 yen
• 5-10 tsubo (deep 80 cm or more, 50 or less): 110,000 yen
• Over 10 tsubo or more or over 50 fish: Individual estimate

Business trip area & far-away fee

Basic area (no additional charge) : Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Miyagi

Additional charge area

• +10,000 yen: Gunma, Tochigi, Ibaraki
• +20,000 yen: Shizuoka, Fukushima
• +30,000 yen: Niigata, Yamanashi, Nagano, Aichi, Yamagata, Akita, Iwate

*Service is not available to Okinawa, Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Shikoku.
*For areas not listed, accommodations, and large-scale projects, we will provide a separate quote.

Payment and settlement methods

• Appraisal amount - Fee = Amount to be paid to the customer
• If the fee is higher than the purchase price, please pay the difference.
• Payment methods: Cash, credit cards, PayPay (company for corporations)

Additional fees for disposal of residual materials (from 5,000 yen), parking fees, and
saltwater fish pickup fees will be 1.5 times the fee.

Contact/Setting up process

1. Submit the form
   Submit your name, address and phone number the inquiry form
2. 
   Reply to the actual photo (front + side x 2) and list in the return email sent to the photo and list
3. Estimate response → Schedule adjustments to visit
   The dates of visits are mainly Tuesdays, Fridays and days, but other days may be discussed.
4. Our staff
   should remove 80% of the water from the small aquarium before visiting, demolishing, or collecting. Larger items need consultation

Only female staff can visit (heavy items are accompanied by men and 2,000 yen extra).
Please note that we may not be able to meet your expectations.

Other notes

• The aquarium is OK, no prior cleaning required
• Large glass aquariums cannot be purchased (acrylic only)
• Damaged or malfunctioning products will be charged a disposal fee
  └ Examples: CO₂ cylinders other than ADAs are 50 yen, fluorescent tubes are 200 yen, aquariums are 500 yen, cooler is 5,000 yen
• You can also collect all the items in bulk (for large quantities, please contact us separately)

About cancellation of visit

• Cancellation within 24 hours of visit: Charge 50% of the fee
• Up to 3 days ago: Cancellation is possible by email
• 2 days in advance: Please contact us by phone (number is listed on the quote)
