Kanedai buys second-hand goods through "exchange sales" and other events, but
currently focusing on buying and collecting
aquariums, tropical fish, goldfish, and Nishikigoi Nishikigoi "Circulation Pond of Life" project.

On-site purchase fee

• Live animal only: 8,800 yen (tax included)

  • Large fish: 2nd fish and beyond +3,300 yen/fish
  • Nishikigoi (2nd and subsequent fish): Prices by size are as follows (all prices include tax)
    : 30cm or less: 1,650 yen/fish
    30-50cm: 3,300 yen/fish
    50-60cm: 5,500 yen/fish
    60cm or more: 8,800 yen/fish
    *The "Nishikigoi Pond Maintenance Fee" below is also required separately.
  • Other items are generally priced at a flat rate of 8,800 yen (separate estimates for multiple items)

By aquarium size (stand and accessories included)

• 60 cm or less: 16,500 yen (tax included)
• 90 cm: 27,500 yen (tax included)
• 120 cm (120 x 45 x 45 or less): 38,500 yen (tax included)
• Over 120 x 60 x 60: Individual estimate
  : 1 staff member 27,500 yen x required number of people
  └ Example) 120 x 60 x 60 ⇒ 3 people = 82,500 yen (tax included)
  └ Example) 240 x 90 x 90 ⇒ 10 people = 275,000 yen (tax included)
  (Purchase targets up to 240 x 90 x 90)

Additional vehicles : 22,000 yen per additional vehicle (within the Kanto region)

Discount examples for purchasing multiple aquariums at the same time

• 1st unit 90 cm: 27,500 yen
• 2nd unit 90 cm: 13,750 yen (half price)
• 3rd unit 60 cm: 8,250 yen (half price)

Nishikigoi pond maintenance fee (separate from the price of the live carp)

• Regular size pond: 22,000 to 44,000 yen
• 2-5 tsubo (depth 80 cm or more, 20 or less): 55,000 yen
• 16.5-33.5 sq. meters (depth 80 cm or more, 50 fish or less): 110,000 yen
• Over 10 tsubo or over 50 fish: Individual quote required

Travel area & long distance fees

Basic area (no additional charge) : Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Miyagi

Additional charge area

• +10,000 yen: Gunma, Tochigi, Ibaraki
• +20,000 yen: Shizuoka and Fukushima
• +30,000 yen: Niigata, Yamanashi, Nagano, Aichi, Yamagata, Akita, Iwate

*Service does not apply to Okinawa, Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Shikoku.
*Separate estimates will be provided for areas not listed, cases involving overnight stays, and large projects.

Payment and settlement methods

• Estimated amount - Fee = Amount paid to customer
• If the fee is higher than the purchase price, you will be responsible for the difference
• Payment methods: Cash, credit card, PayPay (corporate payments available upon request)

Separate charges will apply: disposal of leftover waste (starting from 5,000 yen), parking fees, and
a 1.5x handling fee for saltwater fish collection.

Inquiry/Pickup process

2. Send us a photo and list.
   We will reply to you by email with photos of the actual item (front + side x 2) and a list.
3. Estimate response → Visit schedule adjustment
   Visit days are mainly Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, but other days are also available upon request
4. Our staff will visit, dismantle and collect
   the tank. Please drain 80% of the water from small tanks before visiting. For large tanks, please consult with us.

We can also accommodate visits by female staff only (for heavy items, a male staff member must accompany you for an additional 2,000 yen)
. Please note that we may not be able to meet your expectations.

Other notes

• The tank can be left with animals in it, no prior cleaning required
• Large glass aquariums cannot be purchased (acrylic only)
• Damaged or malfunctioning items will incur a disposal fee.
  Example: CO₂ cylinders other than ADA: 50 yen, fluorescent tubes: 200 yen, aquariums: 500 yen, air conditioners: 5,000 yen
• We can also collect entire sets of supplies at once (please inquire separately for large quantities)

Cancellation of visit

• Cancellation within 24 hours of the visit: 50% of the fee will be charged
• Up to 3 days before: Cancellation possible by email
• Within 2 days: Please contact us by phone (the number will be listed on the quotation)
