Q: Are there any criteria for foster parents?

A: We don't have any specific standards, but once we hand over a puppy to you, we will ask you to take it in as someone who can take responsibility for it and ensure that it lives a happy life. (In some cases, we may decline your request after an interview.)

Q: Is there a fee for pick-up?

A: For live animals, there is no fee for adoption (the cost of the live animal is 0 yen).
However, you will be required to pay the cost of the peace of mind package, as we will administer the necessary vaccinations.
( here for the peace of mind package . The price for a mixed breed is approximately 30,000 to 50,000 yen, and for purebreds it is approximately 55,000 to 65,000 yen.)

Q: Is the support okay?

A: Adopted dogs and cats come with a variety of circumstances, so we require you to take out insurance to ensure their health after you bring them home. You will be asked to take out the insurance recommended by our company. The above-mentioned peace of mind package also includes 24-hour telephone support

Q: I want to take in a dog or cat that I can no longer keep

A: As a general rule, we do not accept rescued dogs or cats from customers. However, we will only consult with you if you are unexpectedly unable to continue caring for a pet, or if you are unable to keep the pet due to an unexpected birth, so please contact us. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to take in the pet
