Required fees other than the product price
- Internet connection fees, communication fees, etc. are the responsibility of the customer
Withdrawal of application, cancellation, and refund
This service is a digital service (subscription) provided online
As the service provision begins immediately after application is completed, the cooling-off period stipulated in the Specified Commercial Transactions Act does not apply.
Therefore, as a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or refunds after application is completed.
However, if we determine that it is extremely difficult or impossible to provide the service due to reasons attributable to our company, we may respond on an individual basis
How to cancel your subscription
If you wish to cancel your membership, please complete the cancellation procedure on the member page by the day before your next renewal date.
Once the cancellation procedure is complete, charges from the next renewal date will be suspended.
Please note that even after completing the cancellation procedure, you can continue to use this service until the end of the contract period.
We do not offer refunds on a pro rata basis for daily or monthly charges for usage fees that have already been paid.
Please cancel your subscription by the day before your next renewal date. After the deadline, you may be charged for the next subscription
