[Terms and Conditions for Mail Order Tropical Fish]
We only accept mail order orders from customers who agree to the following conditions. The contract will be considered concluded upon payment, and we will assume that you have agreed to the following terms and conditions.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in order to ensure a smooth transaction, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

① Guarantee against dead on arrival
We offer a guarantee against dead on arrival only if all of the following conditions are met.
The guarantee will be either a refund of the price of the fish or an exchange with a replacement fish (only if available). Even if various expenses related to receiving or buying/selling are incurred, the guarantee will be limited to the price of the fish.

(1) The guarantee against dead on arrival is limited to deliveries to areas where delivery is possible by the morning of the day following the shipping date.
Example: Shipped on January 1st → Arrives by the morning of January 2nd.
*Delivery dates and times are subject to the regulations of Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. We cannot provide compensation if delivery is delayed due to weather, disasters, traffic conditions, etc., and arrives outside the time frame covered by the guarantee.
(2) Please check the contents immediately after receiving the package. If the animal is dead, please contact us without opening the packaging.
(3) Please take a photo showing that the animal is dead and send it to us by email.

② Guarantee against injury and illness
We take the utmost care to sell animals in the best possible condition, but it is difficult to prove the onset time of illness, injury, or congenital abnormalities after the sale, so we do not offer a guarantee for these. Also, fin tears and deformities of parts of the fish body that can be seen in wild individuals (individuals collected in the field) are not covered by the guarantee.

③ Guarantee of Sex Determination
Except for individuals sold as a "pair," we cannot guarantee the sex of the animals. Individuals for which sex determination is highly probable are sold as a "pair," but please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% certainty.

④ Other Notes
- We cannot accept cancellations or refunds due to customer reasons after payment has been made.
- If the animal dies before shipment, we will refund the price of the animal via bank transfer.
*However, we cannot guarantee expenses exceeding the price of the animal (transportation costs, loss of time, etc.).
