Wild Agassizii from Careiro, a known collection site in the Negro River system, are now available for individual sale!
A distinctive feature of the Careiro variety is the clear black lateral band running along its sides and the yellowing of its underside.
The vibrant blue spots from its cheeks to its gills are also beautiful, showcasing the unique charm of wild specimens.
Almost all individuals are around 4-5cm in size and are just beginning to show their colors, making them ready to use immediately.
As these are wild-caught specimens, there may be individual differences and fin tears. Please understand.

We only accept online orders from customers who agree to the following conditions. Payment will be considered as the conclusion of the contract, and you will be deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions.
To ensure a smooth transaction, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

① Regarding the guarantee against dead on arrival
: Our store offers a guarantee against dead on arrival only if all of the following conditions are met.
The guarantee will be either a refund of the price of the animal or an exchange with a replacement animal (only if available). Please note that even if various expenses related to receiving or buying/selling are incurred, the guarantee limit will be the price of the animal.

(1) The guarantee against dead on arrival is limited to deliveries to areas where delivery is possible by the morning of the day after shipment.
Example: Shipped on January 1st → Arrives by the morning of January 2nd.
*Delivery dates and times are subject to the regulations of Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. We cannot provide compensation if delivery is delayed due to weather, disaster, traffic conditions, etc., and arrives outside the guaranteed time frame.
(2) Please check the contents immediately after receiving. If the animal is dead, please contact us without opening the packaging.
(3) Please take a photo showing that the animal is dead and send it to us by email.

② Guarantee against injuries and illnesses
: While we take the utmost care to ensure the health of our fish and sell them in the best possible condition, it is difficult to prove the onset date of illnesses, injuries, or congenital abnormalities after the sale, therefore we do not offer any guarantees regarding these. Furthermore, fin tears and partial deformities of the fish's body, which can occur in wild-caught individuals, are not covered by the guarantee.

③ Guarantee of sex determination:
Except for individuals sold as a "pair," we cannot guarantee the sex determination. Individuals for which sex determination is highly probable are sold as a "pair," but please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% certainty.

④ Other notes
: We cannot accept cancellations or refunds due to customer reasons after payment has been made.
If the fish dies before shipment, we will refund the price of the fish via bank transfer.
*However, we cannot guarantee expenses exceeding the price of the fish (transportation costs, loss of time, etc.).
