Please be sure to check used aquariums, filters, LED lights, etc. for leaks and operation beforehand.

As these are used products, we cannot guarantee complete functionality.
There may be individual differences in scratches, dirt, and signs of use.

We are not responsible for water leaks after installation, death of animals due to equipment malfunctions, or damage to floors, furniture, etc.

■Shipping Damage:

Damage during shipping is covered by Sagawa Express's shipping insurance.

If there is any damage,
please email us with two photos of the damage within three hours of arrival.

*Please do not dispose of the packaging materials or outer box until the damage has been confirmed.

*If the product has been used, it may not be covered by shipping insurance.

■Returns/Cancellations:

Cancellations are not accepted after shipping.

As these are used and outlet items, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
