still small and not yet fully representative of the Ikola variety, but some specimens already have a slight yellowish tinge, making them a joy to raise. This beautiful Tropheus fish develops a vibrant yellow horizontal band down its center as it grows.

1. Dead on Arrival Guarantee
: We offer a dead on arrival guarantee only if all of the following conditions are met.
The guarantee covers a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for a replacement fish (if available). Please note that even if various expenses related to receiving or selling are incurred, the maximum guarantee is limited to the price of the animal.

(1) The Dead on Arrival guarantee is limited to deliveries to areas where delivery is possible by the morning of the day after the shipping date.
Example: If shipped on January 1st, arrive by the morning of January 2nd.
*Delivery dates and times are subject to Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. regulations. We cannot provide compensation even if delivery is delayed due to weather, disasters, traffic conditions, etc. and arrives outside the guaranteed time frame.
(2) Please check the contents promptly after receiving the package. If the animal is dead, please contact us without opening the packaging.
(3) Please take photos that show the animal is dead and send them to us by email.

② Guarantee for Injuries and Illnesses:
We pay close attention to the health of our animals and sell them in the best possible condition. However, since it is difficult to prove the onset of illness, injury, or congenital abnormalities after sale, we do not guarantee these. Furthermore, torn fins and deformed parts of the body, which are common in wild fish (fish collected locally), are not covered by the guarantee.

③ Regarding the guarantee of sex determination
, we cannot guarantee sex determination except for individuals sold as a "pair." While individuals that can be sexed with a high probability are sold as "pairs," please note that this does not guarantee 100% accuracy.

④ Other notes
: We cannot accept cancellations or refunds for customer reasons after payment has been made.
If the individual dies before shipping, we will refund the cost of the animal via bank transfer.
*However, we cannot guarantee any expenses beyond the cost of the animal (such as transportation costs and time lost).
