1. Dead fish guarantee
: We offer a dead fish guarantee only if all of the following conditions are met.
The guarantee covers a refund of the animal's price or an exchange for a replacement animal (if the animal is in our facility). Please note that even if any fees are incurred for receiving or selling the animal, the guarantee is limited to the price of the animal.

(1) The dead-on-arrival guarantee is limited to deliveries to areas where delivery is possible by the morning of the day after the shipping date.
Example: If shipped on January 1st, arrive by the morning of January 2nd.
*Delivery dates and times are subject to Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. regulations. We cannot provide compensation for delays in delivery due to weather, disasters, traffic conditions, etc., resulting in arrival outside the guaranteed time frame.
(2) Please check the contents of your package promptly after receiving it. If the animal is found dead, please contact us without opening the packaging.
(3) Please take a photo that clearly shows the animal is dead and send it to us by email.

② Guarantee for Injuries and Illnesses
: We pay close attention to the health of our animals and sell animals in the best possible condition. However, we do not offer guarantees for illnesses, injuries, congenital abnormalities, etc., as it is difficult to prove the onset of these conditions after the sale. Additionally, fin tears and body deformations seen in wild specimens (those collected locally) are not covered by the warranty.

③ Guarantee of Sexing:
We cannot guarantee sexing except for specimens sold as "pairs." While specimens that can be sexed with a high probability are sold as "pairs," please note that this does not guarantee 100% accuracy.

④ Other Notes
: We cannot accept cancellations or refunds for customer reasons after payment has been made.
If the specimen dies before shipping, we will refund the purchase price via bank transfer.
*However, we cannot guarantee any expenses beyond the purchase price (such as transportation costs and lost time).
