is primarily a bottom-dwelling fish, so a layout with fine sand is recommended. It is highly carnivorous and will prey on small fish and shrimp. It should be accustomed to artificial feed or frozen food (bloodworms, small fish, etc.). It is somewhat sensitive to poor water quality, so frequent water changes and stable filtration are important.
