It is hardy and easy to care for, and will eat sinking food, pleco tablets, frozen bloodworms, and shrimp. Providing
driftwood, rocks, and shelters will help it settle and allow for a more natural appearance. While it can be kept alone, multiple hiding places allow it to be kept with other plecos of the same size.
