) The Bester Sturgeon is known as a hybrid of Russian sturgeon and white sturgeon.
The sturgeon's distinctive streamlined body and hard scales (bony plates) create the powerful presence of an ancient fish. It
grows relatively quickly and has an outstanding presence.
Its gentle nature, however, makes it easy to keep with other fish, making it a popular centerpiece in large freshwater aquariums. Its graceful,
leisurely swimming between the bottom and mid-levels makes it a highly decorative sight.
It is hardy and adaptable to its environment, and it feeds well on sinking artificial feed.
It is recommended to keep it in a place with sufficient water volume and swimming space, with an eye toward future size.
