including tax). The "Early" is a perennial favorite among Lake Malawi cichlids.
This specimen boasts a striking blue hue, a striking beauty with a rich blue coloring throughout its body. The deep blue from its head to its sides, along with the distinct contrast with the bands on its sides, make it a striking presence in the aquarium.
At approximately 15cm, it has a well-formed body and has outgrown its juvenile stage. As it grows, the blue color is expected to become even more intense and powerful. Depending on the lighting conditions, the blue coloration will be even more striking, making it the perfect centerpiece for a Malawi aquarium.
While somewhat aggressive, as is typical of Lake Malawi cichlids, it can be kept comfortably in an environment designed for companionship with other Lake Malawi cichlids. It readily tolerates artificial diets and is relatively hardy and easy to care for.
