including tax) The Alenkar Tiger Pleco features a deep, dark body with tiger-like stripes. This tiger-type pleco is attractive for its understated, subdued, and wild-looking pattern.
When young, the slightly contrasting bands are noticeable, but as the fish matures, the body color becomes more subdued and the stripes become more substantial. Its well-formed fins allow for a powerful silhouette characteristic of a pleco. Its relatively gentle temperament and preference for driftwood and shelters make it a natural fit for aquarium layouts. Highly recommended for lovers of subdued plecos.
