[Terms of Transaction for Tropical Fish Online Shop]
We only accept mail-order orders from customers who agree to the following conditions. Once payment is received, the contract is deemed complete, and you will be deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to ensure a smooth transaction. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

1. Dead on Arrival Guarantee
: We offer a dead on arrival guarantee only if all of the following conditions are met.
The guarantee covers a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for a replacement fish (if available). Please note that even if there are any fees associated with receiving or purchasing the fish, the guarantee is limited to the purchase price.

(1) The dead on arrival guarantee is limited to deliveries to areas where delivery is possible by the morning of the day after the shipping date.
Example: If shipped on January 1st, it will arrive by the morning of January 2nd.
*Delivery dates and times are subject to Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. regulations. We cannot provide compensation for delays in delivery due to weather, disasters, traffic conditions, etc., resulting in arrival outside of the guaranteed time frame.
(2) Please check the contents immediately after receiving the package. If the animal is dead, please contact us without opening the packaging.
(3) Please take a photo that clearly shows the animal is dead and send it to us by email.

② Guarantee for Injuries and Illnesses
: We pay close attention to the health of our fish and sell them in the best possible condition. However, since it is difficult to prove the onset of illness, injury, or congenital abnormalities after sale, we do not guarantee these conditions. Also, fin tears and body deformities seen in wild fish (fish collected locally) are not covered by the warranty.

③ Guarantee for Sexing:
We cannot guarantee sexing, except for fish sold as a pair. Please note that while we sell animals with a high probability of being able to distinguish between males and females, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

④ Other Notes
: We cannot accept cancellations or refunds for customer reasons after payment has been made.
If the animal dies before shipping, we will refund the cost of the animal via bank transfer.
*However, we cannot guarantee any expenses beyond the cost of the animal (transportation costs, time lost, etc.).
