This newly arrived specimen boasts excellent overall length and height, and the complex camouflage pattern (marbled pattern) covering its body is extremely dense and beautiful.
Of particular note is the bony form from the head to the tip of the snout and the brush-like structure of its long, elongated whiskers, making it a truly impressive specimen from the front.
The abdomen is clear and not cloudy, and the overall condition is excellent. There is some scuffing on the tips of the whiskers, but they appear to be recovering quickly. Another
plus is that it is larger than recent imports.

1. Dead on Arrival Guarantee:
Our store offers a dead on arrival guarantee only if all of the following conditions are met.
The guarantee covers a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for a replacement (if the fish is in stock). Please note that even if there are fees associated with receiving or purchasing the fish, the guarantee is limited to the purchase price.

(1) The dead on arrival guarantee is limited to deliveries to areas that can be delivered by the morning of the day after the shipping date.
Example: Shipped on January 1st → Arrives by the morning of January 2nd.
*Delivery dates and times are subject to Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. regulations. We cannot provide compensation for delivery delays due to weather, disasters, traffic conditions, etc., resulting in delivery outside the guaranteed time frame.
(2) Please check the contents immediately after receiving the item. If the fish has died, please contact us without opening the packaging.
(3) Please take a photo that clearly shows the fish is dead and send it to us by email.

② Guarantee for Injuries and Illnesses:
We pay close attention to the fish's health and strive to sell fish in the best possible condition. However, we cannot guarantee the onset of illnesses, injuries, or congenital abnormalities, as it is difficult to verify the onset time of these conditions after the sale. Also, fin tears and body deformities seen in wild fish (fish collected locally) are not covered by the warranty.

③ Guarantee for Sexing:
We cannot guarantee sexing, except for fish sold as "pairs." While we sell fish with a high probability of being sexed, please note that this does not guarantee 100% accuracy.

④ Other Notes
: We do not accept cancellations or refunds for customer reasons after payment has been made.
If the fish dies before shipping, we will refund the purchase price via bank transfer.
*However, we cannot guarantee any expenses beyond the price of the animal (such as transportation costs and time loss).
