Characteristics: Its distinctive armor-like dorsal plates cover its entire body and its rounded body. Its glossy black-brown body color gives it a very substantial appearance, as can be seen in the photo. Its behavior, which seems to harden itself in response to external stimuli, makes it a fascinating subject to observe.
