1. Dead fish guarantee:
We offer a dead fish guarantee only if all of the following conditions are met.
The guarantee covers a refund of the fish price or an exchange for a replacement fish (if the fish is in stock). Please note that even if there are any fees associated with receiving or purchasing the fish, the guarantee is limited to the price of the fish.

(1) The Dead on Arrival Guarantee is limited to deliveries to areas where delivery is possible by the morning of the day after the shipping date.
Example: If a fish is shipped on January 1st and arrives by the morning of January 2nd.
*Delivery dates and times are subject to Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. regulations. We cannot provide compensation for delays in delivery due to weather, disasters, traffic conditions, etc., resulting in arrival outside the guaranteed time frame.
(2) Please check the contents of your package promptly after receiving it. If the fish is dead, please contact us without opening the packaging.
(3) Please take a photo that clearly shows the fish is dead and send it to us by email.

② Guarantee for Injuries and Illnesses:
We pay close attention to the health of our fish and sell them in the best possible condition. However, since it is difficult to prove the onset of illness or injury after the sale, we do not offer any guarantees for these conditions. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover torn fins or deformed parts of the body, which are common in wild fish (fish collected locally).

③ Regarding the guarantee of sex determination
, we cannot guarantee sex determination except for individuals sold as a "pair." While individuals that can be sexed with a high probability are sold as "pairs," please note that this does not guarantee 100% accuracy.

④ Other notes
: We cannot accept cancellations or refunds for customer reasons after payment has been made.
If the individual dies before shipping, we will refund the cost of the animal via bank transfer.
*However, we cannot guarantee any expenses beyond the cost of the animal (such as transportation costs and time lost).
