[Terms of Transaction for Tropical Fish Mail Order]
We only accept mail-order orders from customers who agree to the following conditions. Once payment is received, the contract is deemed complete, and we will assume that you have agreed to the following terms and conditions. We apologize for
any inconvenience this may cause in order to facilitate smooth transactions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Dead on Arrival Guarantee:
Our store offers a dead on arrival guarantee only if all of the following conditions are met.
The guarantee covers a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for a replacement (if available). Please note that even if there are fees associated with receiving or purchasing the fish, the guarantee is limited to the purchase price.

(1) The dead on arrival guarantee is limited to deliveries to areas that can be delivered by the morning of the day after the shipping date.
Example: Shipped on January 1st → Arrives by the morning of January 2nd.
*Delivery dates and times are subject to Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. regulations. We cannot provide compensation even if delivery is delayed due to weather, disasters, traffic conditions, etc. and arrives outside the guaranteed time frame.
(2) Please check the contents immediately after receiving the package. If the animal is found dead, please contact us without opening the packaging.
(3) Please take a photo that clearly shows the animal is dead and send it to us by email.

② Guarantee for Injuries and Illnesses:
We pay close attention to the health of our fish and sell them in the best possible condition. However, since it is difficult to prove the onset of illness or injury after the sale, we do not guarantee these conditions. Also, fin tears and body deformities seen in wild fish (fish collected locally) are not covered by the warranty.

③ Guarantee for Sexing:
We cannot guarantee sexing except for fish sold as "pairs." Please note that while we sell fish that can be sexed with a high probability, this does not guarantee 100% accuracy.

④ Other Notes
: We cannot accept cancellations or refunds for customer reasons after payment has been made.
・If the animal dies before shipping, we will refund the price of the animal via bank transfer.
*However, we cannot guarantee any expenses beyond the price of the animal (such as transportation costs and lost time).


[Regarding animal security]
Animals can only be reserved (reserved) until the day you contact us (whether by phone or email).
If you wish to reserve the animal for the following day or beyond, please pay the price first.
After payment, we will hold the animal at the store for up to one week until your next visit or the day it is shipped from the store.
When ordering online, the animal will generally be reserved and shipped after payment has been made.
