[About the Dead on Arrival Guarantee]

We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas requiring more than two days for shipping. Please inspect the contents of the live animal immediately upon arrival. If it arrives dead, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo by email, and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we cannot confirm the animal is dead from the photos, we may return the live animal. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that wild specimens may have minor fin tears, and we cannot guarantee the sex of specimens other than those sold as pairs. Even for paired live fish, if we are unable to confirm the pair, we will sell them as a "maybe pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If you cancel, we will not accept future orders.


[Regarding Live Fish Reservations]
Live fish can be reserved (reserved) until the day of your contact (whether by phone or email).
If you wish to reserve for the following day or beyond, please pay in advance.
After payment, we will hold the live fish at the store for up to one week until your next visit or the store shipping date.
When ordering online, your fish will generally be reserved and shipped after payment is made.
