Payment for the Time Service Delivery service is by bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not available.
We cannot ship to areas not eligible for Time Service Delivery, so we are unable to accept orders. Please
note that neither our store nor the shipping company is responsible for delays in delivery due to traffic conditions (accidents, natural disasters), and we may be unable to deliver at the desired time. While we accept requests for preferred arrival dates and times, please consider these as a guideline only. If you do not specify a preferred arrival time, we will arrange for delivery to occur in the morning.
■ Compensation
: We will do our utmost to ensure the safe delivery of live animals, but in the unlikely event that an animal arrives dead, we will provide compensation. The compensation amount is the live price (tax included) only.
In such cases, please attach two unopened photos of the dead animal and notify us by email within three hours of delivery. We will contact you.

Regarding the sales period, we will complete the transaction within one week of receiving your order
