[About the Dead on Arrival Guarantee]

We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you specify the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). This guarantee does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Upon receiving your live animal, please promptly inspect the contents. If it is dead on arrival, please contact us without opening the packing bag. Please note that opening the packing bag voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the dead animal through photos, we may return the live animal. Return shipping costs will be borne by us. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild animals or guarantee the fin splitting or mating of animals sold as a pair. Even for live animals sold as a pair, if there is no confirmation that they are a pair, we will sell them as a "maybe pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If a cancellation occurs, we will not accept future orders.


[Regarding securing live animals]
Live animals can be reserved (reserved) until the day you contact us (whether by phone or email).
If you wish to reserve an animal for the following day or later, please make payment first.
After payment, we will hold the animal at the store for up to one week until your next visit or the day it is shipped from the store.
When ordering online, animals will generally be reserved and shipped after payment is made.
Bank transfers and PayPay have different available times, so please check.
