[Regarding the Dead on Arrival Guarantee]

We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). This does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Upon receiving your order, please promptly inspect the contents. If any dead fish arrive, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the fish are dead, we may return the fish. Return shipping costs will be borne by us. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild fish or that there may be minor fin tears in wild fish. Even for paired fish, if there is no confirmation that they are a pair, we will sell them as a "Maybe Pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If a cancellation occurs, we will not be able to accept future orders.


[Regarding animal reservation]
Animals can only be reserved (reserved) until the day you contact us (whether by phone or email).
If you wish to reserve an animal for the following day or beyond, payment must be made in advance.
After payment, we will hold the animal at the store for up to one week until your next visit or the day it is shipped from the store.
When ordering online, animals will generally be reserved and shipped after payment is made.
Bank transfers and PayPay have different payment times, so please check.
