[Regarding the Dead on Arrival Guarantee]

We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Please promptly inspect the contents of the fish upon arrival. If any dead fish arrive, please contact us without opening the packing bag. Please note that opening the packing bag voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the fish are dead, we may return the fish. Return shipping costs will be borne by us. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild fish or that there may be minor fin tears in wild fish. Even for fish sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will sell them as a "maybe pair." Please refrain from canceling for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If a cancellation occurs, we will not accept future orders.


[Regarding animal reservation]
Animals can be reserved (reserved) until the day you contact us (whether by phone or email).
If you wish to reserve an animal for the following day or later, please pay the fee first.
After payment, we will hold the animal at the store for up to one week until your next visit or the store shipping date. When ordering
online, animals will generally be reserved and shipped after payment is made.
Bank transfers and PayPay have different payment times, so please check.
