[Regarding the Dead on Arrival Guarantee]

We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). This does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Upon receiving your shipment, please promptly inspect the contents. If the fish arrives dead, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo by email, and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we cannot confirm the fish is dead, we may have to return the fish. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead fish arrivals. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild fish, and we cannot guarantee slight fin tears or sex unless sold as a pair. Even for animals sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will list them as a "Maybe Pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If you cancel, we will not accept future orders.
