We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). This does not apply to destinations requiring more than two days for shipping. Upon receiving your live animal, please promptly inspect the contents. If it is dead on arrival, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm death from photographs, we may return the live animal. Return shipping costs will be borne by our store. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent delivery of dead fish. Please note that wild fish may have minor fin tears, and we cannot guarantee the sex of fish unless sold as a pair. Even for live fish sold as a pair, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will sell them as a "maybe pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If you cancel, we will not accept future orders.
