Orders can be placed in units of 11, consisting of 10 shrimp plus one guaranteed dead shrimp.
For orders of 10 or more, an additional 1 will be guaranteed for each additional 10 shrimp. (For example, if you order 30 shrimp, you will receive 30 shrimp plus 3.)

We do not accept requests for specific eggs.
In the case of an egg-laying lot, we will include eggs whenever possible.

We only accept mail-order orders from customers who agree to the following conditions. Payment is considered a contract, and we will assume that you have agreed to the following terms and conditions. We apologize for

1. Dead on Arrival Guarantee:
Our store offers a dead on arrival guarantee only if all of the following conditions are met.
The guarantee covers a refund of the price of the fish or an exchange for a replacement fish (if available). Please note that even if various fees are incurred for receiving or selling the fish, the guarantee is limited to the price of the fish.

(1) The dead on arrival guarantee is limited to deliveries to areas where delivery is possible by the morning of the day after the shipping date.
Example: Shipped on January 1st → Arrives by the morning of January 2nd.
*Delivery dates and times are subject to Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. regulations. We cannot provide compensation even if delivery is delayed due to weather, disasters, traffic conditions, etc. and arrives outside the guaranteed time frame.
(2) Please check the contents immediately after receiving the package. If the animal is found dead, please contact us without opening the packaging.
(3) Please take a photo that clearly shows the animal is dead and send it to us by email.

② Guarantee for Injuries and Illnesses:
We pay close attention to the health of our fish and sell them in the best possible condition. However, since it is difficult to prove the onset of illness or injury after the sale, we do not guarantee these conditions. Also, fin tears and body deformities seen in wild fish (fish collected locally) are not covered by the warranty.

③ Guarantee for Sexing:
We cannot guarantee sexing except for fish sold as "pairs." Please note that while we sell fish that can be sexed with a high probability, this does not guarantee 100% accuracy.

④ Other Notes
: We cannot accept cancellations or refunds for customer reasons after payment has been made.
・If the animal dies before shipping, we will refund the cost of the animal via bank transfer.
*However, we cannot guarantee any expenses beyond the cost of the animal (transportation costs, time loss, etc.).
