Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we cannot confirm the fish is dead on arrival, we may have to return it to you. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild fish, and we cannot guarantee slight fin tears or sex unless sold as a pair. Even for animals sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will list them as a "Maybe Pair."
