If the animal is dead on arrival, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the animal is dead on arrival, we may have to return the animal. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild specimens, and slight fin tears may occur, and we cannot guarantee the sex of specimens unless sold as a pair. Even for animals sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will list them as a "Maybe Pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If you cancel, we will not accept future orders.
