[About the Dead on Arrival Guarantee]

We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the fastest arrival time (morning). This guarantee does not apply to destinations requiring more than two days for shipping. Please inspect the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. If you find any dead on arrival, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the dead on arrival in the photos, we may return the item. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild specimens, as some fin tears may occur. Even for live fish sold in pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will sell them as a "maybe pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If you cancel, we will not accept future orders.
