[About the Dead on Arrival Guarantee]

We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you specify the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). This guarantee does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Upon receiving your live animal, please promptly inspect the contents. If it is dead on arrival, please contact us without opening the packing bag. Please note that opening the packing bag voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the dead animal from the photo, we may return the live animal. Return shipping costs will be borne by our store. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild animals or minor fin tears, and we cannot guarantee the sex of animals sold as a pair. Even for paired live animals, if there is no confirmation that they are a pair, we will sell them as a "maybe pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If a cancellation occurs, we will not be able to accept future orders.
