We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Upon receiving the live animal, please promptly inspect the contents. If the animal is dead on arrival, please contact us without opening the packing bag. Please note that opening the packing bag voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the animal is dead on arrival, we may return the animal. Return shipping costs will be borne by our store. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild animals or guarantee the fin splitting or mating of animals sold as a pair. Even for animals sold as a pair, if we are unable to confirm the pair, we will sell them as a "maybe pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If a cancellation occurs, we will not accept future orders.
