[Regarding the Dead on Arrival Guarantee]

We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Upon receiving the fish, please promptly inspect the contents. If the fish arrives dead, please contact us without opening the packing bag. Please note that opening the packing bag voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the fish is dead from the photos, we may return the fish. Return shipping costs will be borne by our store. Thank you for your understanding. We cannot guarantee the sex of fish unless they are sold as a pair. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild fish or that they may have minor fin tears. Even for fish sold as a pair, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will sell them as a "maybe pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If a cancellation occurs, we will not accept future orders.
