The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Please promptly inspect the contents of the fish upon arrival. If the fish is dead on arrival, please contact us without opening the packing bag. Please note that opening the packing bag voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo by email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we cannot confirm the fish is dead on arrival, we may have to return the fish. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild fish, and slight fin tears may occur, and we cannot guarantee the sex of fish unless sold as a pair. Even for animals sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will list them as a "Maybe Pair."
