We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the fastest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas requiring more than two days for shipping. Upon receiving your shipment, please promptly inspect the contents. If the fish arrives dead, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the fish is dead on arrival, we may have to return the fish. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of fish other than those sold in pairs, and slight fin tears may occur in wild specimens. Even for animals sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will list them as a "Maybe Pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If you cancel, we will not accept future orders.
