■ Shipping

- Shipping charges must be prepaid.
- For items that cannot be delivered within one day, we use the time-limited delivery service. In this case, the total price will be the cost of the animal, shipping, and the time-limited delivery fee.
Payment for the time-limited delivery service is by bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not available. We cannot
accept orders to areas not covered by the time-limited delivery service.
Please note that we cannot accept orders for deliveries to areas where the delivery cannot be made on time due to traffic conditions (accidents, natural disasters), and that neither our store nor the shipping company is responsible for such delays. We accept requests for preferred arrival dates and times, but please consider them as estimates only. If you do not have a preferred arrival time, we will arrange for delivery in the morning.
■ Compensation

safe delivery of live animals. However, in the unlikely event that the animal arrives dead, we will provide compensation. The compensation amount is the price of the animal (tax included) only. In such cases, please email us within three hours of arrival, attaching two unopened photos of the dead animal. We will contact you.
■ Regarding sales
