The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas requiring more than two days for shipping. Please promptly inspect the contents of the animal upon arrival. If the animal is dead on arrival, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we cannot confirm the animal is dead on arrival, we may have to return it to you. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild animals, and we cannot guarantee slight fin tears or sex unless sold as a pair. Even for animals sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will list them as a "Maybe Pair."
