We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the fastest arrival time (morning arrival). This does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Upon receiving your order, please promptly inspect the contents. If the item is dead, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the item is dead, we may return the item.
