We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the fastest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas requiring more than two days for shipping. Upon receiving your shipment, please promptly inspect the contents. If the item is dead on arrival, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the item is dead on arrival, we may return the item. Return shipping costs will be covered by our store. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild specimens or that the fins may be torn, and we cannot guarantee the sex of specimens sold as a pair. Even for paired specimens, if we are unable to confirm the pair, we will sell them as a "maybe pair."
