[About the Dead on Arrival Guarantee]

We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the fastest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Please inspect the contents of the fish immediately upon arrival. If the fish is dead on arrival, please contact us without opening the packing bag. Please note that opening the packing bag voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we cannot confirm the fish is dead on arrival, we may have to return the fish. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of fish unless they are sold in pairs, and we cannot guarantee the slight fin tears of wild fish. Even for animals sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will list them as a "Maybe Pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If you cancel, we will not accept future orders.
