We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Upon receiving your live animal, please promptly inspect the contents. If it arrives dead, please contact us without opening the packing bag. Please note that opening the packing bag voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we cannot confirm the dead animal from the photo, we may return the live animal. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild animals, and we cannot guarantee slight fin tears or sex unless sold as a pair. Even for animals sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will list them as a "Maybe Pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If you cancel, we will not accept future orders.
