[Regarding the Dead on Arrival Guarantee]

We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas requiring more than two days for shipping. Please promptly inspect the contents of the animal upon arrival. If the animal is dead on arrival, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo by email. We will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the animal is dead based on the photo, we may return the animal. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild specimens, as some fin tears may occur. Even for live fish sold in pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will sell them as a "maybe pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If you cancel, we will not accept future orders.
