We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the fastest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Please promptly inspect the contents of the fish upon arrival. If the fish arrives dead, please contact us without opening the packing bag. Please note that opening the packing bag voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the fish is dead, we may return the fish. Return shipping costs will be covered by our store. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild fish or guarantee the fin splitting or the mating of fish sold as a pair. Even for fish sold as a pair, if we are unable to confirm the pair, we will sell them as a "maybe pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons as this will inconvenience other customers. If you cancel, we will not be able to accept your next order.
