We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas requiring more than two days for shipping. Please inspect the contents of the item promptly upon arrival. If the item is dead, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we cannot confirm the item is dead from the photos, we may have to return it to you. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild specimens, and we cannot guarantee slight fin tears or sex unless sold as a pair.
