We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the fastest delivery time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas requiring more than two days for shipping. Upon receiving your shipment, please promptly inspect the contents. If the shipment is dead, please contact us without opening the packaging. Opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo by email, and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If the photo does not confirm the fish is dead, we may have to return the fish. Return shipping costs will be covered by our store. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild fish, and we cannot guarantee the slight fin tears or the sex of fish sold as a pair. Even for live animals sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will sell them as a "Maybe Pair."
