[About the Dead on Arrival Guarantee]

We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the fastest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Please inspect the contents of the animal immediately upon arrival. If it arrives dead, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo by email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we cannot confirm the dead fish from the photos, we may have to return the fish. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild specimens, and slight fin tears may occur, and we cannot guarantee the sex of specimens unless sold as a pair. Even for live animals sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will sell them as a "Maybe Pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If you cancel, we will not accept future orders.
