The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Upon receiving the live animal, please promptly inspect the contents. If the animal is dead on arrival, please contact us without opening the packing bag. Please note that opening the packing bag voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the animal is dead on arrival, we may return the live animal. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild specimens, and we cannot guarantee slight fin tears or sex unless sold as a pair. Even for live animals sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will sell them as a "Maybe Pair."
