We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest delivery time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas requiring more than two days for shipping. Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the contents immediately. If the item is dead on arrival, please contact us immediately without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo by email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the item is dead based on the photo, we may return the item. Return shipping costs will be borne by us. Thank you for your understanding in order to prevent fraudulent deliveries. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild fish unless they are sold as a pair, and we cannot guarantee the fin splits. Even for live fish sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm the pair, we will sell them as a "maybe pair."
