The Mexican mosquitofish is not commercially available.
Ever since I saw it at a certain zoo a few years ago, it's been a species I've always wanted to stock.
With their bright blue eyes and orange abdomen along their sides, they look great
in an aquarium. We only have three pairs. Watch out for them jumping out!


[About the Dead on Arrival Guarantee]

We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest delivery time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas requiring more than two days for shipping. Please inspect the contents of your animal immediately upon arrival. If it arrives dead, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo by email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we cannot confirm the animal is dead from the photos, we may return the animal. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. This is to prevent fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild specimens, and we cannot guarantee the fin splits or the sex of specimens sold as pairs. Even for live fish sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm the pairing, we will sell them as a "maybe pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If you cancel, we will not accept future orders.
