We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Upon receiving the item, please promptly inspect the contents. If the item is dead on arrival, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging will void the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the item is dead on arrival, we may return the item. Return shipping costs will be borne by our store. Thank you for your understanding. We are committed to preventing fraudulent dead on arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild specimens or guarantee the fin splitting or mating of specimens sold as a pair. Even for specimens sold as a pair, if we are unable to confirm the pair, we will sell them as a "maybe pair."
